Charlotte Widegreen and Cora Thielen met at work in 2018 and have hardly ever realized projects without each other since. It’s love girl! In April 2022, we turned our working friendship into a working marriage and founded &done.

We are a well-coordinated team and have a quarter of a century of professional experience between us. And we’re both only in our mid-30s. We can do production just as well as conceptual work. But it takes a village… That’s why we are grateful and proud to have a large, long-standing and constantly growing network of creative, professional and great colleagues from the various trades around us.

Respectful, fair treatment is very important to us. We create a diverse working environment, both in front of and behind the camera. We protect the climate and do everything we can to make our projects as CO2 neutral as possible.
